I see different sizes of art prints on the website, is it possible to order another size?
For our fotoshoots we use different sizes of our Limited Art Prints. After the shoot our artist chooses the size that represents the art the best. Our Limited Art Prints have a limited edition of 100 pcs. And we prefer to stay exclusive, so that's why it's not possible to buy a artwork in different size.
How can I became a reseller?

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship almost worldwide. Is your country not listed than unfortunately the shipping companies we work with do not (yet) ship here.
Which delivery company do you use?
For the Netherlands we use PostNL for delivery. For Europe and the rest of the world we use different delivery services for different countries. With your order confirmation you will see, which company will deliver your order.
How much are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs vary according to country, sizes and weight. You will see the exact amount you have to pay in your basket before check out. In the European Union we offer a free shipping for orders over EUR 100,-.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any email. Also no email in your spam folder? Send an email to email@example.com including your order number and we'll email you the tracking link of your shipment.
Please note that orders with only art cards fit through your mailbox, this means you will not receive a track&trace code. Please calculate down here how long your package will take and keep an eye out at your mailbox.
What about taxes & duties?
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs
What do I do if my package is damaged or I receive a wrong product?
Please check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a wrong or damaged item please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the order number and a picture of your damaged good(s). We will either resend the damaged goods (shipping costs on us) or refund these items.
What is your refund policy?
Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method. As your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is wrong. We will only refund from the moment that we have received the work back in our warehouse.
How long does the delivery take?
For Limited Art Prints and Art Cards our delivery time takes between 1-3 working days (The Netherlands). For Exclusive Pieces we use a special courier because of the odd sizes. The delivery time is one week. The delivery time for other countries than the Netherlands depends on the delivery company.
How do I return a product?
All other articles bought from www.wetpaintboutique.nl are fully refundable within 14 days upon receipt. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us about the return and the reason for it. You can contact us through info@wetpaintboutique: let us know why you want to return your work and we will get in touch with you about the return.
The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and with the original packaging. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

What about payment security?
Wet Paint Boutique uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
Which payments methods do you use?
We accept iDeal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
Are the print colors exactly the same as the colors on my screen?
We do our best to display all artworks accurately, but since each screen is different, colors may come out a little different when you see them in print. We work with the best machines to get the best results and minimal color differences.
I forgot my password how can I get a new one?
You don't require a password to log in or get into your account. Instead your emailaddress is used to capture your order.
